I am 17 and is legal for me to have sex but I am not sure if l can buy it.Online escorts require payment be credit card which l do not have.I am not sure about massage parlors though.Do they ask for ID?
If l can not do it that way then my only choice is going in the general area of the university at night and look for female students trying to pay their tuition.But I am reluctant to do that as they probably have lower safety standards than professionals and are more likely to carry STDs.

As I recall, the AOC in Canada used to be 14, is now 16, but there r three exceptions, prostitution, anal, & something having to do with sailors.

I do not know if the prostitution prohibition applies both to being the prostitute, & being the customer.

I'd generally avoid sex workers in any case, because you're funding an industry that is somewhat exploitative.

Hooking up with university girls sounds like fun. I would not offer money, but after u find someone that u like, & have a relationship, I am sure no one is going to mind if u help with her school expenses.

You r 17 & I know every 17 year old guy thinks he needs sex so much that he needs to visit a massage parlour. Honestly do not go! You will be very disappointed & u r MUCH more likely to get an STD not less likely.
I do not suggest u take on a young woman who is desperate for tuition money either. Whatever happened to good old romance & taking someone out & having consenting sex. It might take u a while to find someone suitable but wait mate. Do not give away one of the best experiences of life to have sex with some slapper in some sordid massage parlour.
